Job Post: Desktop Engineer L1 - Immediate Hiring!

Position: Desktop Engineer L1
Experience: 8 months to 2 years
Location: Andheri (East) & L1<, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 (In-Hand), based on experience and knowledge
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Education: Graduation required

Skills: Excellent communication skills, Diploma in Hardware & Networking preferred

Experience:

Minimum 8 months to 1 year in IT industry handling end-user support (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices etc.)

Technical Proficiency:

• Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
• Office 365 troubleshooting
• Active Directory experience
• Connectivity issue troubleshooting
• Application, browser, and data room data handling
• Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Setup for Meeting Room/Video Conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Desktop/Laptop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Duties: Daily IT operations call, Win 10/Win 11 troubleshooting, understanding of OS & Applications (MS-Office, Acrobat Reader), antivirus handling
