Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer at Unilever, you will:
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets through direct selling, engaging with the market, and utilizing the RS (Redistribution Stockist) system.
- Market Analysis: Continuously assess and develop strategies to boost competitive positioning through enhanced customer service.
- Distributor Management: Manage and negotiate with distributors to ensure effective customer relationships and maximize business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Play a key role in appointing RS, planning sales, and promoting brand initiatives in your region.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you should possess:
- Minimum Education: Full-time graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years in channel sales, especially in general trade.
- Skills:
- Proficient in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Experience in sales planning, conducting promotions, and executing customer service activities.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
