We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to bring top-notch technical support and troubleshooting expertise to our team! If you have 1-2 years of experience, a knack for resolving IT issues, and excellent communication skills, we want to meet you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver L1/L2 technical support at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop OS, email, and printer/scanner issues.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for end users.
- Install and maintain hardware/software, manage VPNs, and update OS.
- Troubleshoot MS Office and configure email clients (Outlook, OST, PST).
- Perform root cause analysis and maintain asset records.
- Communicate effectively within the team and assist in on-site escalations.
- Support client audits and maintain knowledge documentation (SOPs, scripts).
🌟 What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, AD, DHCP, DNS).
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and support software.
