- Application Monitoring & Alert Handling
- Basic SQL Queries
- Log Checking & Troubleshooting
- API Basics & Status Codes
- Ticketing Tools (JIRA / Spiceworks)
- Incident Identification & Escalation
- Mandatory: Dynatrace
- Mandatory: OpenSearch
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor applications and dashboards (Dynatrace / OpenSearch)
- Acknowledge and validate alerts
- Create and update tickets
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams
- Identify and analyze production issues
